Happy Birthday, Mia!

Yesterday was Mia's 20th Birthday! She is a youngen still. :)

Her parents had a very nice barbeque for us full of wonderful food and a lot of laughs. They played this game called the "tomato dance" where you have to put a tomato between your foreheads and dance together. It was a lot of fun.




Other than that we ate wonderful food, talked about birthday and dinner inappropriate topics and inhaled helium so that we would sound like chipmunks or oompa lumpas haha. it was a lovely birthday celebration.

My phone went swimming.

My phone went swimming last night!!!!!!!


I didn't want to jump in, but apparently my phone wanted to.

So now I am off to the Verizon store for a new one.

When I am in a rut, or feeling a certain emotion so strongly, I will randomly choose a Mason Jennings and somehow every time I feel as though he is speaking directly to me. Upon moving into this new home, I discovered that I could turn the storage room into a little studio. Being a college student, I have no money... but I do have an imagination! So I took empty boxes and a piece of wood to make a desk. I have been finding little goodies here and there to spice up the studio. WHAT DO YOU THINK??


I found these beautiful old photographs in storage that I decided to hang up. This is one of my grandmother back in the day.
